Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FolioFlow is a portfolio tracking tool operated by 罗旭彬 ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://folioflow.erenverse.com and any related applications (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FolioFlow lets you record your own holdings, aggregate market prices, convert currencies, and visualise allocation and performance. You enter your positions manually; we do not connect to your brokerage accounts and we never execute trades.

Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is an informational tool only.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. All calculations are estimates based on the data you enter and third-party market data. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You can close your account at any time from Settings → About → Close account.

5. Plans, billing and payment

We offer a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("Pro"). Current features and prices are shown on our pricing page.

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller of the subscription, appears on your bank statement, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax). Your purchase is subject to Creem's checkout terms in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until cancelled. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Creem customer portal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Do not access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Do not resell the Service or scrape it at scale without written permission.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by 罗旭彬 and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial portfolio tracking. You keep ownership of the data you enter.

9. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, market data and payments. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data or services, and their terms may apply to your use of them.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including statutory consumer rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@erenverse.com.
