Billing and payments
Subscriptions are sold by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem appears on your bank statement as CREEM.IO* STORE and handles taxes, refunds and chargebacks.
- Look up an order or cancel a subscription in the Creem customer portal.
- Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If we are unresponsive for more than 7 days, you can also contact Creem support directly as Merchant of Record.
